Gingelli oil,Fenugreek 1 tsp, green Chilli 3,some Curry leaves,small Onion 1 bowel, finely chopped Tomato 4,Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp,chilli powder,coriander powder,Tamarind juice of amla size,Coconut milk ,Fish 500g.
How to Prepare :
The fish curry tastes better if done in a clay pot than it does in other pans.Turn the oven on. Put the clay pot and add the gingelli oil.The taste will be better if you add more of oil to the fish curry.
Add fenugreek, green chillies and curry leaves.Now add a handful of small onions whole without cutting.Once the onion is wilted add the finely chopped tomatoes.
Fry until the oil separates.At this time add the required amount of salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder,coriander powder,require amount of salt and mix once.Once the spices are well fried, add the tamarind solution and mix well.
Bring to a boil over medium heat for 5 minutes.After it is well boiled, add the washed fish.Do not miss the curry too often after adding the fish.The curry is mixed too often the fish will break down.
