Today we are going to learn just a super South Indian Special Sweet bread halwa.This recipe is more common in wedding houses in South India.It will also take very little time to do this.Let's see how it is done.
Required Ingredients :
                    Bread 10 pieces, Ghee 1 cup, Almonds, Cashews, Raisins, 1/2 ltr fermented Milk, 1/2 cup Sugar, Cardamom powder.


How to Prepare :
                    First cut the edges of the bread and then cut it into small pieces.Turn on the stove and place a pan.Pour a little ghee in the pan and fry the Almonds and cashews in it.Then add raisins and fry for a minute.Now take them out.

                    Now put the oven on medium heat and add 2 tsp ghee to the same kadai and add the sliced bread pieces and fry till golden brown.After frying, add 1/2 liter of fermented milk.Water can also be added as an alternative to milk. Mash the bread using a ladle to soften the bread.
                    Now add 1/2 cup of sugar and mixed well.Once the sugar is well dissolved, add 2 tsp ghee and small amount of cardamom powder and mix well.Then add the roasted nuts and mix.Wait till the halwa without sticking in the kadai.

                    Bread Halwa is ready to serve.You can do this in 15 to 20 minutes. It won't take long. So definitely try it in your kitchen. Then start doing it more often...
