Required Ingredients :
                       Moong dal 1\2 cup,Jaggery 1 cup,Milk 500 ml,Ghee 2 tbl son,A pinch of cardamom powder, grated coconut, cashews, dry grapes.
How to prepare :
                          Dissolve a cup of water in the required amount of water and strain it.Turn on the stove and pour the strained jaggery into a frying pan and let it boil.Boil one cup of jaggery to the size of three-quarters of a cup.At the same time turn on another oven and let the milk boil in it.Once the milk is well boiled add it to the jaggery.
                           Add half a cup of moong dal  to one and a half cup of water in a pressure cooker and cook for 3 whistles.Transfer the boiled dal to a bowl with the jaggery and milk and lower the stove and let it boil.Add cardamom powder to it.
                             In another pan pour a little ghee and add cashew nuts,dry grapes and fry over medium heat.Add the grated coconut as well and stir once.Add the roasted cashews and grated coconut to the payasam.
