Required Ingredients :
                           Large Onions 500 gms,small size Tomatoes 2,dry red chillies,garlic 3 to 4 pieces, mustard,cooking oil,curry leaves,salt and coriander leaves.

How to prepare,
                        Turn on the stove and put the frying pan and pour a little cooking oil.Heat the oil and add the medium size chopped onion.Then add garlic and red chillies and fry.In this we are not going to use any spice other than dry red chillies for seasoning.So add more or less chillies according to the seasoning.
                        Then add chopped tomatoes and required amount of salt and fry well.No need to fry until the onions are golden brown.A little frying is enough.Now turn off the oven and grind the onion in a mixer until it cools down.Do not add too much water while grinding. Add enough water to grind the onion.
                          Put the pan on the stove and add a little cooking oil. Add the mustard.When the mustard explodes, add the curry leaves. Then add the minced onion.Add the right amount of water to whatever chutney consistency you want and let it boil well for 5 to 10 minutes.Finally add the coriander leaves.That's our onion chutney ready.
