Chicken Gravy :
This gravy is suitable for dosa,idly,chappathi and rice.let see how to cook...
Required Ingredients :
- Chicken 1/2 kg
- Finely chopped large size onion 3
- Finely chopped large size tomato 2
- Cinnamon 3 pieces
- Cloves 2
- Cardamoms 2
- Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
- Chilli powder 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Cooking oil 3 tsp
- Coconut milk 1/2 cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
- Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Green chilli 3
How to Prepare :
Turn on the stove and place a cooking pan on it.When the oil is hot add the cinnamon, cloves,cardamoms. After frying,add finely chopped onion and green chillies.
When the onion is golden brown add ginger garlic paste and fry well. Saute the ginger garlic paste over medium heat until the raw smell disappears. Now add the chopped tomato.
Add a little water and fry till the spices do not dry out. Saute the spices and tomatoes well until the oil separates. At this point add the chicken and mix well once. Cook for 2 minutes in low flame.
Then add required amount of water and mix well. Do not add too much water. Let it boil for a while. When the chicken is cooked add the coconut milk and boil for 2 minutes. Finally add a little pepper powder and coriander leaves and mix well.Our fantastic chicken gravy is ready!!!
